The
Electronic Formbook Partnership
Agreements The Electronic
Formbook represents a novel publishing concept from the
American Bar Association: making available in downloadable format basic
management forms that lawyers and law firms can use in their daily work.
The forms provided here are drawn from The
Essential Formbook: Comprehensive Management Tools for Lawyers,
by Gary
A. Munneke and Anthony
E. Davis, a compendium of law practice management forms published
by the American Bar Association in four volumes, between 2000 and 2004,
and supplemented annually. The authors have reviewed
the print volumes to identify forms that can be downloaded and used by
lawyers with limited explanation, and the American Bar Association has
made these forms available online for purchase on a piecemeal basis. The
forms are priced depending on the length of the form, and may be purchased
online, prior to download. As with all LPM publications, ABA Law Practice
Management Section members receive a discount on these downloadable forms.

reflect the Volume and Part of the print version of the The Essential
Formbook, but the sequential numbers of the electronic forms are
based upon their placement in this electronic format. For example, the
first electronic form in Volume I, Part I, Chapter 1, is designated as
