The Year in Review provides an annual summary of developments in environmental, energy and resources law. Prepared by the committees of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, The Year in Review 2011 will interest legal practitioners and others whose work involves environmental, energy, and resources law.
Environmental topics include agricultural management; air quality; climate change, sustainable development, and ecosystems; endangered species; environmental disclosure; environmental enforcement and crimes; environmental litigation and toxic torts; environmental transactions and brownfields; international environmental law; pesticides and chemical regulation; smart growth and green buildings; Superfund and natural resource damages litigation; waste and resource recovery; and water quality and wetlands.
