Thomas J. Sabatino, Jr.
Mr. Sabatino currently holds the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Schering-Plough Corporation. He is responsible for overseeing the legal operations of the company including formulating corporate legal policy and supervising inside and outside counsel and directing corporate activities pertaining to corporate communications, federal legislation, government relations, community affairs, and corporate security.

Susan Ellen Wolf
Ms. Wolf is Corporate Secretary and Vice President-Corporate Governance of Schering-Plough Corporation. She also is Chairman of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and a Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Subcommittee on Securities, Commodities, and Exchanges. Her practice focuses on securities law and corporate governance and she supervises lawyers responsible for those areas, as well as corporate finance and compensation/benefits. She is a graduate of Emory University and the National Law Center at George Washington University.
