For almost three decades, water lawyers throughout the country have traveled to San Diego for the Annual Water Law Conference. In 2010, the conference focused on legal control of water resources. Participants from the East and West included tribes, states, environmental interest groups, water users, policy leaders, and scientific specialists' involved with water resources.
