Since its enactment in 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has sought to protect the rights of people with disabilities by prohibiting discrimination on the basis of disability in employment, governmental services, public services, private businesses, transportation, and telecommunications.

This mp3 audio download program will provide practitioners new to the field with an overview of rights guaranteed by the ADA. Additional attention will be paid to the most recent and significant changes to the ADA including, but not limited to, the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 and the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
