The 2009 Amendments to the False Claims Act and impact upon government enforcement are explored by the panelists.

Finally, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (Healthcare Reform Law) contains a number of provisions related to healthcare fraud and makes significant changes to existing statutes. The panelists in this mp3 audio download program discuss how these changes will doubtlessly affect how the government enforces the False Claims Act and other related statutes and regulations.
