Description
The spotlight on an attorney's ethical obligations of competence and candor when engaging in electronic discovery (as well as pre-litigation preparation) has intensified as a result of the cooperative charge given to attorneys in today's federal litigation practice. The panel for this session will discuss recent relevant decisional authority and what attorneys must do to adhere to their ethical obligations in an age where the predominant source of discovery will consist of electronically stored information.
