The authors and editors of the recent update to Chapter 7 "Litigation in Tax Court" of the Fifth Edition of the ABA Tax Section publication "Effectively Representing Your Client Before the IRS" will discuss issues related to effective representation of a client before the Tax Court with particular emphasis on recent court decisions and changes to court rules that impact representation in that forum.
