E. Michael Power is a partner at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, resident in its Ottawa office, provides strategic and legal advice in the areas of privacy, authentication, security, electronic government and internet law.

Roland L. Trope is a partner at Trope and Schramm LLP, resident in its New York City office. In his practice, he advises on cross-border transactions, export controls, trade sanctions, compliance with privacy regulations, defense procurements, intellectual property, and management of information security.
