Abstract
Amid massive budget shortfalls, government entities are being asked to provide more information and services to constituents. Gov 2.0, like Web 2.0, provides interactive features allowing the public to respond and supply info back to the agency where requested. This article provides plenty of examples of government entitites that are currently using such technologies, as well as explains some of the challenges that arise.
