Perhaps no topic is of greater concern to real estate attorneys today than foreclosure law and how it is regulated in each state. The Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law is in the process of completely updating and revising its book Foreclosure Law and Related Remedies: A State-by-State Digest, and expects to publish in print all 50 states and the District of Columbia in early 2010. However, to make this information available as soon as possible, five bundles of chapters will be released as downloadable PDF files on a rolling basis during 2009.
