Description

After years of eager anticipation, the 2010 Amendments to UCC Article 9 took effect in most states on July 1, 2013. The new rules impact critical aspects of the UCC filing process, especially the requirements for sufficiency of debtor names.

This program will equip attorneys with the practical skills necessary to address the issues most likely to arise under the new law. It includes best practice suggestions to help attorneys comply with the new debtor name requirements, instructions on how to use the new UCC forms correctly, and guidance for navigating the transition rules.

This audio CD-ROM includes full program audio and PDF course materials.
