This program is designed to explore the federal food labeling statute enacted March 23, 2010, the anticipated regulations and their implementation, and areas where litigation is likely.
The program covers such topics as:- who's affected by the legislation;
- what's required to comply;
- penalties for noncompliance;
- gray areas;
- practical issues with complying;
- constitutional challenges and
- Issues/areas where litigation is likely (e.g. does violation of the statue trigger exposure to various state laws, consumer fraud statutes, etc.?)
This program also discusses state-level cases relating to menu labeling laws and assist with forecasting areas ripe for future litigation.This audio CD-ROM includes full program audio and PDF course materials.

The CD-ROM for this title includes an audio or video file and the course materials and CLE certificates in PDF. This CD-ROM requires a PC or Mac with a CD-ROM drive. The disc will not play in a standard audio CD player, but CD-ROMs containing MP3 audio can be played in many MP3 compatible CD players.
