Description
This program will discuss the ins and outs of complicated discovery using casinos and the gaming industry as prime examples of challenging foes. Topics covered will include the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding discovery and the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, which model their federal counterpart.
An "inside" view will be offered by experienced in-house gaming counsel who will provide insight as to what to request and what to look for in requested documents or other information.
Demonstrations will show how to draft the best Notices of Depositions and subpoenas that get you what you want while complying with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This audio CD-ROM includes full program audio and PDF course materials.
System Requirements for CD-ROM
The CD-ROM for this title includes an audio or video file and the course materials and CLE certificates in PDF. This CD-ROM requires a PC or Mac with a CD-ROM drive. The disc will not play in a standard audio CD player, but CD-ROMs containing MP3 audio can be played in many MP3 compatible CD players. To play MP3 audio on your computer, you will need a media player such as iTunes,Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, or Quicktime.
