The first half of this series is designed to provide an overview of the regulations governing the export of nuclear-related goods, technology, and services. This overview will cover the regulations of the four U.S. agencies administering U.S. nuclear export controls:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission,
The Department of Energy,
The Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry & Security, and
The Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
