This program examines practical considerations involved in a jury trial with respect to vertical restraints, including the type of evidence that plaintiffs and defendants should seek to advance, witness considerations, damages considerations and what appropriate economic evidence may be provided.

The program focuses on the recent case of Stand-Up MRI of the Bronx PC et. al v. CareCore National LLC et. al.

Expert panelists include counsel in the case, leading independent counsel as well as an economic expert.
