Increasingly, the use of a client engagement letter is either required by state bar rules or is the best practice standard. Documentation during the pendency of the representation and to mark its conclusion has also become increasingly important.

This panel will address ethical and professional responsibility issues that should be considered from potential representation through the conclusion of an engagement

This audio CD-ROM includes full program audio and PDF course materials.
