Randall M. Kessler, who has represented his share of celebrities and non-celebrities who have drawn media attention, will give his ideas and thoughts on the representation of highly visible clients and others that generate media attention.

Topics that will be covered include:

  • the legal issues and ethics of talking to the press while a case pends;

  • whether and how to represent these individuals; and

  • how you can help manage media surrounding these clients and cases.

The program will also cover how the media will treat your clients.Mr. Kessler has represented several professional athletes, entertainers, public officials and high-wealth individuals and has also served as a media commentator for CNN, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today, the Today Show, ESPN and others. He currently serves as Chair of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association and is the Founder of Kessler & Solomiany, LLC, a boutique family law firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

System Requirements for Audio CD-ROM

The CD-ROM for this title includes an MP3 audio file and the course materials and CLE certificates in PDF. This CD-ROM requires a PC or Mac with a CD-ROM drive. The disc will not play in a standard Audio CD player, but the audio can be played in many MP3 compatable audio CD players.
