Program Description
As information increasingly becomes more available through social media such as legal blogs, it is important for attorneys to know what sources are trustworthy. Whether you're looking for recent court decisions, new legislation, or the admissibility of certain types of evidence, you should have first-hand knowledge of the sources that provide accurate and reliable information. Join our panel of evidence experts as they discuss how to use online resources to keep you current on leading evidentiary and related legal issues. These panelists are practitioners and the authors of three of today’s leading blogs on evidence, and offer a fascinating perspective on how to use their and other legal blogs to provide you with up-to-the-minute legal research
