Program Description
A lawyer's understanding of the various tax issues that arise in a matrimonial case is important. How do you translate the evidence so that the court understands it and makes the decisions you want? And how do you present the evidence in a way that keeps the court's attention?
This program will address some common (and not so common) tax issues confronted by a practitioner in a divorce case, how to find and use tax evidence and how to present that evidence persuasively to the court.
