Significant changes in payer and physician alignment continue into the new year with all parties seeking effective and efficient strategies for success. There are many nuances of which attorneys representing payers and/or physicians considering alignment strategies must be aware.
In this webinar, three experts will discuss their respective views on the prevailing legal, valuation, and industry trends affecting payer-physician alignments. These issues will become increasingly important as providers and payers form vertical integration alliances, forcing changes to delivery and compensation models, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
Our panelists will review the potential for savings, incentives, and greater efficiencies, as well as the legal ramifications at state and federal levels, in using such models.
