Directory of ADR Courses and Programs
The ABA Section of Dispute Resolution has, for many years, maintained a list of law school offerings related to dispute resolution. The rapid addition of programs and course offerings in law schools reflects the expanding significance of ADR in the lives of practicing attorneys. The ABA Section of Dispute Resolution printed a hard copy version of this database periodically until 2001. Since 2003, the directory has existed in electronic format, thanks to an ongoing collaboration between the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution and the University of Oregon School of Law.
