In accordance with our Charter, the Federal Civil Enforcement Committee (which prior to 2006 was called the FTC Committee) monitors developments in antitrust and consumer protection enforcement policy and actions at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and at the Federal Trade Commission. We report on these developments and actions through our newsletter and through a variety of outreach efforts, including our listserv. We traditionally sponsor two panels at the Antitrust Spring Meeting, Agency Update with the DOJ DAAGs and Agency Update with the FTC Bureau Directors.
