The TSPA Committee supports all aspects of representing and counseling trade and professional associations and sports organizations on antitrust and competition law issues.
What We Do
Programs Periodically, we will host new presentations on topical matters-so stay tuned as we continue to offer new material in the Programs section. If you have an idea for a program, please contact on of the Committee leaders listed below.
Newsletters We bi-annually provide updates in newsletter form, but are always interested in new publication ideas (anything from daily news feeds to in-depth, quarterly summaries are on the table). For prior editions of TSPA Newsletters, please click on the Newsletters link to the right. We are always seeking ideas and content for our next newsletter, so please contact Ryan Tisch with your suggestions.
Listserv The Committee uses our listserv to inform members of new developments and to provide a forum for ongoing discussions of topics of interest to Committee members. You can join that discussion list by following the instructions at the bottom right of this page. To see some of the past postings, click on the archives link in the same section. We invite postings by anyone, and also seek volunteers to monitor and report on cases related to our Committee. Interested people can contact Karin Moore.
