The mission of the Government Affairs Practice Committee is to provide informational resources and a forum for the exchange of ideas regarding substantive areas of policy, political law and the regulation of the profession for federal, state and provincial lobbyists and government affairs practitioners, both in-house and in private practice.

Welcome to the Government Affairs Practice Committee page. I am excited to have taken over as chair of the committee, and I look forward to working with all of you to develop timely and informative content and provide a forum for the exchange of thoughts and ideas. This committee welcomes all practitioners who deal with government affairs in their practice, whether it be as in-house counsel, a private practitioner or as a government employee. This committee is an excellent resource for all government affairs practitioners, and I encourage all members to become active and involved.
