The Women's Business Law Network, a Subcommittee of the Committee on Diversity, welcomes and invites the involvement of all business lawyers who share in our vision to address matters of relevance to women business lawyers and promote the full involvement of women in all aspects of the Section of Business Law, the ABA and the legal profession. WBLN holds stand alone meetings at each Section meeting which typically include a conversation with one of the Section's "Glasscutters" on a topic related to professional development for women and important planning for future WBLN programs on both substantive and diversity related topics . The Committee proudly sponsors the Sweet Endings Reception at the Spring Business Law Section meeting which provides an opportunity for attendees to meet the Section leaders and network with each other. Participation in WBLN further entitles its members to access to its listserv which has expanded to over 250 members and continues to grow. Members of the listserv are entitled to: seek input on surveys of interest to women lawyers, seek volunteers for ABA positions, seek speakers for programming, and disseminate WBLN and Section news of interest to its constitutes. The WBLN also publishes "The Network News" prior to the Spring Section and Annual ABA meetings.
