The mission of the Intellectual Property Committee is to be a resource to business lawyers who, as members of corporate law departments and private law firms, encounter intellectual property issues in the course of representing their clients in connection with business transactions and litigation matters. The Committee will identify the areas of interest of Section members concerning intellectual property and will develop educational programs and materials aimed at the understanding and resolution of legal and business issues relating to intellectual property.
