1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Columbia 2, Terrace Level Current Developments in Nonprofit Corporation Law Bring-Your-Own Lunch Roundtable on Recent Developments and Practice Issues

The lunch meeting will be an opportunity to Committee members to discuss in roundtable fashion issues that have come up recently in their practices, trends that they are noticing in practice, and developments of concern from state regulators and federal tax officials and the courts.
