About the Committee

This committee addresses practical matters of particular interest to corporate counsel in the international arena. Activities of the committee include continuing education and sharing of best practices through sponsorship of regional seminars on "nuts-and-bolts" issues, CLE programs conducted at Section seasonal meetings and teleconferences, coordination of policy initiatives and special projects of interest to the in-house bar, and development of networking opportunities, corporate counsel outreach programs and recognition in the form of an annual Outstanding Corporate Counsel of the Year award for excellence and service to the community.
