The Equal Opportunity in the Legal Profession Committee deals with affording all qualified individuals equal access and opportunity to practice law, especially labor and employment law, regardless of race, creed, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status or any other arbitrary distinction.
