About Our Division

The work of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL) - through its eight Divisions and variety of committees- is the foundation and heart of our productive efforts as the largest and most influential organization of intellectual property lawyers in the world. Each Section committee deals with a special aspect of the law as it relates to intellectual property under the statutes, common law and the provisions of international treaties. Become an ABA-IPL Committee Voting Member

The Section announces a new procedure to vote on policy resolutions developed by the committees. Any interested lawyer member can become a voting member of the committee of his or her choice. Go to the committee's page you wish to become a voting member of, and sign up using the link provided.
