ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING COMMITTEE

WELCOME

Welcome to the Assignment and Subletting Committee. Now that you're here, we hope you'll stay! Our goal is to educate and involve our members in all aspects of assignment and subletting issues, including the drafting and negotiation of assignment and sublease clauses, subleases and assignment agreements. To achieve our goals, we plan to organize programs, share clauses, and draft forms for this website. The success of this Committee rests largely on the efforts and participation of its members. Accordingly, if any member has a question, comment or issue they'd like to open up for discussion to the group, or a case or clause they'd like to share, simply submit it to the Chair or Vice Chair for circulation to the Committee (anonymously or with attribution). We welcome your comments, your ideas, and your questions.
