Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Committee

Mission

This Committee concentrates on the issues relating to nonqualified deferred compensation, including methods of funding non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, the emerging trends in the executive compensation, stock-based compensation arrangements and estate planning for executive compensation programs. The Committee prepares comments on legislation and regulations, publishes information for Section members on these topics, and participates in or sponsors Section CLE programs.

NQDC Listserv

Do you have a nonqualified deferred compensation question you'd like to pose to other members of our committee? Do you have tips, articles, or links to share? We have a listserv that any member of our committee can use. All you have to do is send the e-mail via Outlook (or your other regular e-mail program) to RPTE-NONQUAL@MAIL.AMERICANBAR.ORG, and then the ABA system will automatically forward the message to all of the individuals in the committee, once it verifies that you are a member of the committee. If you'd like to email the entire RPTE employee benefits group, send the email to: RPTE-EMPLOYEE@MAIL.AMERICANBAR.ORG.
