About the Commitee

The life sciences sector is increasingly globalized. Whether involving cross-border transactions, external capital investment, foreign regulation of human clinical trials, the transfer of personally identifiable health data outside the United States, key patent litigation overseas, or a host of other legal issues, the purpose of this Committee would be to inform and educate its members about international legal issues relevant to life sciences attorneys in the U.S. Leadership of this Committee by practitioners from different jurisdictions would enhance the breadth of the Committee’s expertise.
