Committee Description



Welcome to the Litigation Committee, one of the largest Committees in the Young Lawyers Division. The Litigation Committee offers its members access to a wealth of educational resources, including CLE programming (in-person, telephonic, and podcast), articles, and general practice tips and advice. The Litigation Committee also strives to provide its members with opportunities to network and get more involved with the ABA. About the Program

Effective dispute resolution is becoming increasingly important no matter what size firm you are in or what type of law you practice. This program will feature a panel discussion regarding practical tips & advice for handling mediation. The panel will also discuss the real world issues of diversity and inclusion, including generational and gender biases.

Fact patterns will be distributed to call participants in advance of the call. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the programming.
