About the Program
Program Materials (PPT) Effective dispute resolution is becoming increasingly important no matter what size firm you are in or what type of law you practice. This program will feature a panel discussion regarding practical tips & advice for handling mediation. The panel will also discuss the real world issues of diversity and inclusion, including generational and gender biases.
Fact patterns will be distributed to call participants in advance of the call. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the programming.
