Welcome to the ABA YLD Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Committee. We're glad you stopped by! Check out our resources, and, if you have not already done so, we encourage you to join.
The ABA YLD Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Committee is composed of young lawyers interested in Real Property and Trust and Estate law. We are made up of attorneys who are either under the age of 36 or are new attorneys licensed to practice for less than five years. If this sounds like you, our Committee is a great source of resources, knowledge, relationship building, and allows you to distinguish yourself in these specific areas.
For the 2012-2013 year, the ABA YLD Real Property, Trust and Estate Committee plans to publish four short articles, specifically targeted to young lawyers, and provide some CLE programs for young lawyers. We want to provide you with an opportunity to publish or present in your specific area of expertise. If you are interested in writing or submitting an article, or wish to present or organize a CLE, then please contact any one of the leaders listed to the right to find out how to get more involved.
Thanks for stopping by. We look forward to working with you.
