Luncheon: Reducing Cost and Delay in Arbitration: Mutual Challenges, Mutual Opportunities
Abiding concerns regarding the expense and length of commercial arbitration recently
motivated the College of Commercial Arbitrators to host a National Summit co-sponsored by
the AAA, CPR, JAMS, the Chartered Institute,
the ABA Dispute Resolution Section and the
Straus Institute. The Summit was the first time
in-house and outside counsel, arbitrators and
representatives of provider organizations came
together to discuss these difficult issues and
collaboratively discuss potential solutions.
