The International Environmental Law Committee Newsletter provides a forum for topical pieces drafted by Committee members on timely international environmental topics. These concise pieces highlight policy and practical issues currently confronting practitioners while anticipating issues likely to develop in the near future. The articles provide an introduction to complex subjects while identifying the authors as sources of more detailed information. The Committee also uses the Newsletter to publicize Committee events and upcoming programs.

Author Guidelines for International Environmental Law Committee Newsletter

To streamline processing, a newsletter article should:

• Require minimal final editing.
• Integrate legal references into the text, instead of using footnotes or endnotes.
• Be single-spaced, with all type in 12-point font.

ABA publishing policy requires that a committee newsletter article have a signed Publication Agreement for each author. Please complete and return your Publication Agreement to the newsletter editor, who will submit it to the ABA. Faxed copies of completed Agreements are acceptable.
