2011 Diversity Fellowships in Environmental Law

Rhode Island

The American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) has partnered with Roger Williams University School of Law to present the summer 2011 Fellowship in Environmental Law. This opportunity is open to first and second year Roger Williams Law students only.

This program will fund one summer internship at the General Counsel's Office of NOAA  http://www.gc.noaa.gov/ located in Washington, DC. The Fellowship guidelines require an 8-10 week internship (40 hours per week) commitment wherein the recipient will work on legal matters the fields of environment, energy, natural resources and/or land use law. There will be stipend of $5,000 for this Fellowship.

Applications will be reviewed by the committee members consisting of:

Following a review of applications, candidates selected will be contacted by the committee for an interview. Once a person has been selected by the committee we will submit their information to Dana I. Jonusaitis, Director, Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources at the American Bar Association for approval.
