Programs with an asterisk (*) are being produced in cooperation with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We are also pleased to offer a special track of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) programming (7.5 hours of CLE). Basic and advanced sessions will be offered, including (but not limited to): state survey of ART law; nuts and bolts of an ART case from planning conception to birth certificate; drafting ART agreements; and an entertaining and informative ethics vignette.

Registration

Advance Registration is now closed. Please register on-site at the meeting in Baltimore.

The conference registration fee for ABA FL members is $500 and covers all CLE Programs, a CD-ROM, breakfast each day, our welcome networking reception on Thursday, and Chair's Suite receptions on Thursday and Saturday evenings. (Get a discount if you register by March 23, 2009.)

The non-lawyer spouse or guest registration fee is $135. This registration fee allows your registered guest to attend the morning breakfasts, evening reception on Thursday, and Chair's Suite receptions on Thursday and Saturday. All spouses/guests will be required to wear a name badge to all events. Registration fees for children under 18 are complimentary; however, tickets must be purchased for all children attending ticketed social events.

Newcomers' Dinner
We are pleased to offer an opportunity for first-time attendees and those "nearly new" attendees to join with Officers of the Section for a "Dutch Treat" dinner. This year's dinner will be at Frank and Nic's West End Grill, 511 W. Pratt Street, Suite A. This special dinner will take place on Thursday, April 23, at 7:00 p.m.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on-site at the meeting.

Let's Play Ball!
The Baltimore Orioles will be playing the Chicago White Sox on April 22nd and 23rd and the Texas Rangers on April 25th at 7:05 p.m. Two types of tickets are available for each of the games. Center Field Bleacher tickets can be purchased for $15 or Left Field Lower Box tickets can be purchased for $25. All tickets must be ordered by March 26th. After that date you will need to buy your tickets at the Baltimore Orioles Stadium, Camden Yards.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, a written request must be received on or before April 2, 2009. No refunds will be issued after that date. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of $50 ($25 for guests). Questions about cancellations can be directed to Section staff at 312-988-5145.
