Committee Program (75-90 minutes on specialized topic; runs concurrently with 2 or 3 other programs and attracts 50-100 people)

Breakfast Program (60-75 minutes specialized topic; runs concurrently with Committee Breakfasts and attracts 25-50 people)



CLE Confirmation: Please check here to confirm that your program will be for CLE credit and that you will ensure the submission of high quality program materials (outlines and PowerPoint presentations will not suffice). Non-CLE programs will generally be rejected.

1. Narrative program description for inclusion in the final meeting brochure that is short (<150 words), punchy, and convincing as to why to attend.
 
  2. Program format (roving lecturer, roundtable, workshop, mock trial, etc.) and any special audio-visuals. Avoid "talking-head" panels. Be innovative.

3. Speakers – PLEASE ENSURE THERE IS DIVERSITY, AND PLEASE SELECT ONLY TOP-NOTCH SPEAKERS WHO ARE RECOGNIZED AS EXPERTS IN THE AREA THEY WILL DISCUSS. Be sure to include the speakers’ names and affiliations.  In addition, only one person per firm is allowed to sit on a panel. Please indicate whether any proposed speakers require travel reimbursement. Requests for reimbursement will be approved in only exceptional circumstances once your proposal has been accepted. Indicate whether the speakers have already agreed to participate.
   
4. Identify target audience (including both expected background and number of people in attendance) and what you will do to market the program and meeting to ensure the presence of this audience.
