Social Events

All social events are ticketed regardless of associated per person cost, if any.  When completing the registration process, please be sure to indicate the number of tickets needed to purchase for each respective social event (including FREE events).  Tickets are limited and may not be available on-site – advance registrants will receive priority for tickets.

Please be sure to indicate below how many tickets you require for each event (include accompanying guests) when completing the registration process.  Tickets are not refundable within the 72 hours preceding the event or after the event has taken place.

The Tuesday WIN/SIN/GIN/YIN Outreach Reception at The Fairmont Washington, DC and the Thursday Dinner/Dance Reception at The Fairmont Washington, DC as well as the Friday YIN After-Hours Reception are all FREE ticketed events.  

Tuesday, April 14 –

• Afternoon on the Hill with Lunch @ $35 per person
• Joint Swearing-In Ceremony: U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and U.S. Court of International Trade Fees to be paid separately; registration for this event will not be available on-site
• WIN/SIN/GIN/ YIN Outreach Reception at The Fairmont

Wednesday, April 15 –

• Luncheon at The Fairmont featuring Former Congressman Michael G. Oxley, Vice Chairman, The Nasdaq OMX Group, Inc. and Of Counsel, Baker & Hostetler LLP @ $75 per person
• Wine and Cheese Reception and Committee Dinners at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts@ $125 per person (combined event ticket)
1. Wine and Cheese Reception @ $60 per person (single event ticket)  
2. Committee Dinners @ $95 per person (single event ticket)

Thursday, April 16 –

• Luncheon at The Fairmont featuring Abbe David Lowell, Former Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives @ $75 per person
• Reception at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit @ $25 per person
• Dinner/Dance with the Johnny Esquire Band at The Fairmont

Friday, April 17 –

• Committee Business Luncheon at The Fairmont @ $25 per person
• Chair’s Closing Reception at the U.S. Department of State @ $95 per person
• YIN After-Hours Reception at 1802 Jefferson Place, NW, Washington, DC
