What are the Expo hours? Wednesday 11/4 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

When can I set up my booth?

Access to the exhibit hall begins at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 4. Exhibit hall opens at 2:00 pm.

When can I strike my booth?

Booths may be struck anytime after 8:30 pm Wednesday November 4.
We prefer that the exhibits are available for viewing until Saturday November 7 at 1:00 pm.
What will be in my booth? One-8' table and 2 chairs. Booth dimensions are 10' x 10'.
Who will staff my booth? Exhibitor fee includes one all-access registration and one booth staff only registration. Email a Registration form for each staffer to mooret@staff.abanet.org or fax to 312-988-5814, attn: Tracey Moore.
Booth staffers are responsible for set up and strike of your booth.
Can I get power supply for my booth? Yes. Please let us know what is required. The Section will pay for your booth's power supply.
Is internet access available at my booth? Yes. Wired Internet access will be available by contacting Tracey Moore. Internet access cost is the exhibitor's responsibility. We suggest providing your own cables.
Will there be lights in my booth? Exhibitors must provide their own light source.
How's cell reception in my booth? Cell reception is spotty in the Independence Foyer. You may wish to take the escalator to the first floor to make/receive calls and texts.
Can I give promotional items and/or literature to registrants? Yes. You are welcome to distribute premiums, trinkets & literature to attendees. Exhibitor giveaways are to be displayed and handed out in your booth only.
The Section of Labor and Employment Law reserves the right to prohibit display of items that it deems objectionable.
Can I network with registrants? Yes. We ask that registrants have free movement between meeting rooms and refreshment areas.
Can I set up a custom booth? Yes, but the dimensions may not exceed 10' x 10'. We will provide one 8' table and 2 chairs per booth.
How are my materials shipped back? We will handle. Provide us with your Federal Express or UPS account number. Pre-prepared waybills expedite the return shipping process.

Firms & Companies: Please send promotional items/trinkets only (no literature).
Not for profits organizations may supply literature.

How many items do I send? There will be approximately 1000 attendees. Please plan accordingly. Sponsor table will replenished until all promotional items are exhausted.
