Description: The Greenville Technical College Paralegal program graduated its first associate degree class in 1974. The program has been approved by the ABA since 1987. The program is an institutional member of AAfPE, a sustaining member of the South Carolina Upstate Paralegal Association, and has served as a NALA CP/CLA test site. The program has supplemented the original post-secondary degree with three post-baccalaureate options: two certificates and an APS degree. The program currently has three full-time and eight adjunct faculty members who are licensed attorneys in South Carolina or are graduates and working paralegals.

Description: Our paralegal programs feature a curriculum delivered by a combination of full-time faculty and experienced legal professionals in practice, and emphasize analytical and reasoning skills while providing the base knowledge to assist attorneys in investigating cases and preparing documentation for litigation or other legal transactions.
