Spotlight on: International Subcommittee

The International Subcommittee focuses on issues that arise in the use of international arbitration, mediation and other ADR procedures to resolve disputes between parties from two or more different countries and oftentimes involving parties from different legal regimes and linguistical and cultural backgrounds. This subcommittee addresses issues that are unique to the international dispute resolution arena, including the interpretation and enforcement of arbitration clauses in international agreements and the enforceability of awards and judgments issued by foreign arbitral tribunals and courts.
