CLE Seminar: Trial by Jury!

Our annual CLE seminar, Aviation Trial by Jury! has now taken on its final form, and looks to be a one of our finest to date. As you know, it is scheduled for June 4, 2009 at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York 42 West 44th Street New York, NY. This year’s presenters include no less than five members of the state and federal judiciary who will share their views on the effective trial techniques and the ever-important preparation for trial.

Our fact pattern involves a fatal on-runway collision between a fuel truck and an aircraft. Not only will this involve the usual issues of fault, but a critical indemnification contract will be handled via a pretrial motion, after which it is off the races with openings, witness direct and cross, closing arguments, and debrief with our jury consultant and jurors. Top the day off with an interactive ethics presentation and cocktails and networking. See you in New York!
