Program Information

This year's plenary sessions will address subjects such as insurance coverage for new and evolving manifestations of climate change and related natural disasters (man-made and otherwise) such as the Gulf of Mexico oil spill; a candid insiders' look at the strengths and weaknesses of arbitration as a medium for resolving insurance and reinsurance disputes; the strategic considerations bearing on the settlement of complex coverage disputes; the emerging issues and coverage questions presented by 'cyber'-risks in the areas of privacy and data security; and additional hot topics. Complementing the program presentations will be a host of networking opportunities including the Wednesday night early-bird reception, welcome reception on Thursday evening, a dinner on Friday evening, an all new happy hour on Saturday evening, in addition to a number of other networking and social events.

MCLE Credit – Accreditation will be requested for this program from every state with mandatory continuing legal education requirements for attorneys. Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including its definitions of CLE. Certificates of Attendance will be available at the conclusion of the program for both attendees and speakers. Airport transfer
Arizona Stagecoach Shuttle offers service between the Tucson Airport and The Westin La Paloma for $42 one-way/$78 roundtrip or if traveling as a couple $49 one-way/$92 round trip.
