Message from the Chairs

Happy New Year to all.

Our committee has had another wonderful year, which can be attributed to the great efforts of our many members and committee leadership. We want to thank everyone who contributed this success.

We were fortunate to have exceptional programming from many of our substantive groups and again had superb Regional CLEs to close out the calendar year.

As we look forward, we invite you to come to the Joint CLE Seminar that our committee cohosts with the Environmental and Mass Torts Committees. The forthcoming event is scheduled for January 28–30, 2010, at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. For those of you who want to be more involved with the Products Liability Committee, this is when we hold our annual organizational meetings, and we have continually tried to make sure that all who express an interest in participating are offered the opportunity of doing so.
