Primary ABA Representative

Although some law schools name multiple ABA Representatives, the ABA can list only one ABA Representative from each ABA-approved law school as the Primary ABA Representative. It is the Primary ABA Representative's responsibility to represent any other ABA Representative at his/her law school and to distribute evenly any materials or rewards as determined among participating ABA Representatives. The Primary ABA Representative is the person who will participate in ABA Law Student Division elections, vote in the Assembly at the Annual Meeting, receive an ABA Rep Box of membership materials, is eligible to register in the Rep Rewards Program, and is entered into the Division's database. All ABA Representatives who submit a reporting form, regardless of position, have the option of having their name included on the website listing of law school leaders, providing permission is granted through this reporting form.
