On May 809, 2008, the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s (TIPS) Task Force on Corporate Governance
held its annual conference on Corporate Governance issues at New York City’s Sheraton Hotel and Towers. The
2008 installment of "Beyond Legal: A Business Approach to Corporate Governance" focused on the timely issues of corporate
investigations, diversity inthe boardroom, security and litigation risks and various "hot topics".

NOTE: If you are already a Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section member, you may join up to three (3) committees at no additional cost. However, if you are not a Section member, you must join the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section first.
